ADJUSTABLE SIZE: The bracelet fits a 6 inch wrist with the charms it has now. If you want adjust to fit a larger wrist, just open the clasp, unscrew the safety chain and remove a bead or two. (The snake chain bracelet - by itself - measures 7.8 inches, but the addition of beads makes it smaller so it does fits a 6.5 inch wrist.
OPENING CLASP: The barrel clasp is all silver and looks like a decorative bead with a slit across it. To open, insert your thumb nail into the slit and gentle pressure will open the hinged clasp. Fully open the clasp and you'll see that the end of the bracelet sits in a grooved cradle. Lift out the bracelet end. To close, place the end inside the cradle and squeeze the clasp shut.
